@Leslie Pappas

Leslie,

I appreciate you taking the time to give me some great advice. As I am new to this I will be doing a lot of reading and research in the time to come. I will keep your recommendations in mind when I’m ready for my first purchase.

Thank you

@AJ Leman

AJ,

I appreciate you taking the time to give me some advice. I love Brandon Turners book about rental properties. Purchased it as an audible book and listen to it any time I’m in my vehicle. It is one of many reasons that led me to believe I wanted rental properties to become a new investment for me.

Thank you.

Hello all, my name is Brandon, I’m 22 years old and am considering getting into real estate. Currently I have about $30k in the stock market and $22k cash. The idea of owning rental properties fascinates me as well as the many ways to create income. Only issue I have is my lack of knowledge in real estate and how to get started in it. Do I cash out my stock market investments and purchase my first rental? What do you suggest I do? Thanks in advance!
