Asbestos Siding on a rental investment I am interested in..

Keep coming across properties in a high end market that are super affordable due to asbestos siding, curious if siding over and going after cash flow for 5 to 8 years then addressing the issue (removal) before I put back on market for resale ??? Or do I have it backwards ?? Removal first and carry on--just wondering if dipping into my organic cash is a sound decision when it could theoretically allow me to acquire another property...

Appreciate input
