Best of luck, I have 1 single family and 1 multifamily in Catskill, 1 hybrid in Athens and a flip in Coxsackie, that I break ground on in April - all of these properties happened under a very slow process, The banks are backed up, the assessors are super backed up, and the contractors, forget about it.. The good news -the hunt eventually pan’s out up here..The reward is high and inventory prices are starting to get corrected from the COVID boom..Check out across the creek in Catskill - W.Bridge properties, A lot is planned over there as well ! Good luck

Come quick !!! Market is getting aggressive in Catskill, Heads up, lots of electrical issues in the villages with the fixer-upper‘s, but the bones are good ! 

If anyone is still interested - Clever Property Management 5186350408, 10% of the Gross, little more than I wanted to spend- however this company actually has a head on their shoulders, and they are exactly what I needed, closing on property 4 so I do not have any interest in the everyday details and hassles...Also they are out of Columbia/Greene not Kingston area !

@Samantha Cash I will let you know when I find someone I’m happy with, again, a little further north and south from us are the typical PM options - not so much around here other than snow removal etc - but boy am I looking - business idea ?! Hahaha Reach out to you ASAP on this

In need of some recommendations for a property management group that services Catskill, Athens and Hudson...If they don’t cross the bridge, a PM that handles just Greene county will work.....
