Hello all! I've been active in reading the BP forums for a while now, but this is my first post. My name is Paul Parmenter and I live in Dallas, TX, with my wife and two rescue pups.  I am looking for single family buy-and-hold rentals in the target markets of Arlington and Grand Prairie, TX.
