Hello!

I’m new to real estate, but so excited to start my real estate investing experience!  I am from a suburb of Detroit, Dearborn Height, MI. I’m looking to invest in my first rental property in the Metro Detroit Area. I'm still learning the market in Dearborn/Dearborn Heights area and would love to hear any thoughts from folks who know the market well?
