Hello BiggerPockets,

My name is Jay Berube. I am a property manager with HomeVault Property Management currently based in Bonita Springs, Florida. As a 15-year veteran of the real estate industry, I personally SOLD over 1400 HOMES, and managed over 3,000 properties. I also coached thousands of real estate agents and property managers across the world. A few months back I started a new exciting project. Together with my partners, we laid the foundation of HomeVault Property Management, a company that offers our services in five different states, and is still expanding.

I joined BP because I want to share my experience with this wonderful community and to educate myself as much as possible about our industry. My mission in life is to Train, Coach, and Serve others in a truly meaningful way that powerfully impacts my client’s lives & allows them to Fuel Their Superpower. I look forward to being part of the BP community!
