Rookie RE Investor... DE/AZ area!
Good day everybody!
I'm new to this forum and I'm already looking forward to do some good networking with people around the Delaware and Arizona area. I currently live in Dover, DE but me and my wife are thinking about moving to the AZ or TX area here in the next year or so. I'm originally from Bellflower, CA (Greater LA area) and I worked on RE for about 2 years as a contract RE Inspector/Evaluator for a firm in Glendale, CA. Back then they were cleaning house on the REO market and expanded their inventory fairly quick during those 2 years. I may not have the best experience on the field but I would really like to apply that knowledge back again as an investor. Any good feedback from you will be greatly appreciated. Welcome to the forum David. I'm actually from California as well. Born in Bellflower and now live in Riverside. I wholesale here in California and Texas. I also own rentals in Texas. Thank you for your support. Right now I was thinking about starting on the Tax Lien/Deed of the house, since I lack enough capital right now. Reason being is that as I said before I live in DE and there doesn't seem to be much opportunities there. Eventually once we do move out to either TX or AZ I can have a better idea of how the market works. Fortunately, AZ has online Tax Lien sales that could help me get my foot on the door, but for starters I want to get into the single-family homes and probably target Yavapai Cty. Feel free to share any pointers or suggestions that you may have. Again, thanks for your support and best of regards.

It's also an awesome way to meet new people from your area when they introduce themselves to this forum!
Brandon Turner thanks for the kind words. I find the BP forums very interesting with all the info provided here. I'm currently going over the the Beginner's Guide and I've been taking a lot of notes about different types of strategies and criteria to make this a profitable investment venture. I don't see that many people from Delaware though but I'm thinking on expanding more towards the Phila area along with DC to start off.
