On my first BRRRR in ABQ

Hi,

I'm working on my first BRRRR in Albuquerque. I closed on the property on July 7th and have been doing 90% of the renovations myself along with my wife. I'm still about 2 months from completing the project. If you'd like to share any advice with me or hear about how my deal looked and how I went about that portion feel free to reach out!

After I’m finished with the renovation portion I plan on getting an equity loan and trying to do it all over again. I got such a GREAT deal that I don’t think I’ll ever see one like that again, and I’ll forever be using this first one as a catalyst to my entrance into BRRRRing.

I'm interested in others doing the BRRRR method so holler at me.

Thanks,

Robert
