New member living in SF looking to invest in Baltimore (or nearby SF)
Hi all,
I've been reading BP for a couple months now and love it. I have around $35-40k to invest in real estate and am looking at both Baltimore and cities nearby San Francisco. I almost closed on a sfh in Quad cities and then decided it was the wrong market for me. I'd like to get into fix and hold and acquire 2 properties with the above money within the next 9 months. Would love to hear from fix and hold investors and anyone that is active in the Baltimore or SF surrounding area's markets. Thanks and really looking forward to getting to know everyone and being active on BP.
