I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Derek Morgen. I'm very happy to be here and looking forward to networking and trying to build a portfolio. I am looking to invest in the New Jersey area, and as I begin my real estate journey, I'm looking for a single or multi family home! I am beyond excited to be part of the community and hope to bring value to the BiggerPockets family!
