Hi @Kevin Zolea! I'm looking around the Ewing, Toms River, or Glassboro areas. I'm most familiar with Glassboro however the property tax rate has shot up the last 2-3 years.

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Derek Morgen. I'm very happy to be here and looking forward to networking and trying to build a portfolio. I am looking to invest in the New Jersey area, and as I begin my real estate journey, I'm looking for a single or multi family home!
