Hi guys i searching and studying info about tax deed sales for couples months and decide to went to the auction before did me research about good properties and later search info about propertys deeds and owner,s past and won a property with 1.5 acree and a 1987 mobile home wait until the county send me the tax deed and i get in the property.One of the neighbors came inside the land and ask me what im doing there so im explain him i bought the property he said the owner daughters a a title for that property but i check in the county files and just found the warranty deed from past owner in just her name a saying single house was paid cash so no morgatge was involucrated her daughter can claim the property ? since in florida owners have 2 years to claim
