Thanks guys for the help i will stop next week in th tax office tax bill said 2012 taxes is 702 due april 1
Soon i save few buck more in interested inbuy other property but still have learn a lot i will read here to learn about this great bussines

YEs tax deed is on my name, i check yesterday for unpaid taxes and i can choose any year to paid i guess are already paid in the in the starting bid price but i went this morning to the tax collector office and the lady said 2012 taxes are paid because the bid was on 17 of this month and the last day to paid the taxes was april 1 but they not receive all the paper work of the tax deed sale so i will check next week

thanks guys all my doubts are answer i check and yes the county send few notification by mail sherif and newspaper i only have one question i check the tax certificate bill and still on the past owner name did i get that on my name or i have to wait until i doing the quiet claim

thanks for the answer yes i knew about the quiet title action but i hear if i keep the property for 4 years i dont need a atorrney to do it not sure about that , and yes i bought the property in a tax deed auction you surprise me with the due taxes to i thought the starting bid include all that

went to the auction before did me research about good properties and later search info about propertys deeds and owner,s past and won a property with 1.5 acree and a 1987 mobile home wait until the county send me the tax deed and i get in the property.One of the neighbors came inside the land and ask me what im doing there so im explain him i bought the property he said the owner daughters a a title for that property but i check in the county files and just found the warranty deed from past owner in just her name a saying single house was paid cash so no morgatge was involucrated her daughter can claim the property ? since in florida owners have 2 years to claim
