Just wanted to say. hello to everyone! I am new here and fairly new to investing. I tried investing some years ago but the market dropped just as I was about to get into it. I had some money invested in education, marketing materials, etc., but I didn't have any money to keep going. At the time I ended up losing everything I owned. It really put me in a major setback. Now I am in a little better position, and I really mean just a little better, and want to take a second try at it.

I intend to start with small Multi-family (5-10 units) in my local market (Knoxville) with a desire to expand into other nearby markets someday. I am looking forward to networking with other investors in the area so that I can continue learning while also work on some deals.

I have listened to all the podcasts (Awesome stuff guys!) and found them to be extremely informative. I plan on reviewing them many times over to retain as much as possible.

Really looking forward to exploring more of the website and making many new connections!
