Hi everyone, I've been trying to learn as much as I can about real estate as I can, I want to make sure my first deal I make is the correct one. A little background on me, I will be graduating college in May, I have Zero debts or loans, and about $35,000 saved. I accepted a job offer making $75,000 a year and will be starting in July. I will be moving to Fargo ND, for at most 2 years. I was wondering If i'm in a good position to buy a house I was thinking maybe 150k house? I wanted to buy live and rent out the other rooms (hack) . My problem is I do not have any credit, also was curious if anyone knew much about the Fargo Market? Thanks, willing to listen and learn about anything.
