Hey bigger pockets,

I'm new to the community and am really pumped up about getting into the game. I'm looking to meet some people who invest in the New Jersey or Philadelphia market. I'd love to chat, network around.

A little about myself; my name is Austin and I'm 25 years old.  I work full time as a real estate photographer and am looking to purchase my first house hack (maybe rental) within the next few months.  I just finished my Real Estate Licensing Course and am booked for my State Exam in the next couple weeks. I'm so excited to step into the Real Estate Investing World and would love a few people to talk to around the NJ/PA area. Hope you all are staying safe!!
