I am a new investor, looking for contacts in Maryland, Baltimore and greater Baltimore region. I am a health care worker, live and work in Montgomery county. Have been on BP for more than a year. Been planning to invest in REI for over 3 years. Finally ready to make the move. Looking for attorney, lenders, real estate agents, property managers that specialize in this area.
