Hi everyone! I wanted to take a minute to make my obligatory introduction to the forum. I'm excited I recently closed on my first deal and am doing some light renovation before it hits the market in October. At the same time, I'm preparing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ and am looking to connect with some like minded people and create a network there. My goal is to buy a property I can house hack and get continue to pursue REI in Arizona. I would love to connect with some like minded people!

@Bob Okenwa I'm definitely open to a variety of house hacking strategies. I've found what you said about the multifamily stock to be very true and I like the option of an SFH with an ADU. Thanks for the input!

@Andrew Daus Thanks for reaching out! I'm definitely interested in the meetups and expanding my network in the Phoenix area. I won't be moved and settled until the end of October, but I hope to get involved as soon as possible.
