15 year vs 30 year loan
Right now I have a 15year loan. And will be buying a new primary soon. And I plan to rent out the house I live in right now. Would I make sense to refinance back into a 30 year loan to increase my cash flow or stay in my 15 year loan? Thank you.

Kind of depends, would you rather have more monthly cashflow but wait 30 years to have it paid off, or less monthly cashflow but have it paid off in 15? ALso would it still cashflow in the 15 yr loan?
