Hello All - I'm new to Real Estate and looking to invest in my first property. I've attended a few local workshops in the last couple of weeks and read a couple of books about Real Estate to learn a few basics. Now I'm trying to learn about financing and locating/evaluating properties.

I'm hoping to newtork with other Houston investors who know the local market.

Learn as much as you can, but don't get stuck in "analysis paralysis" or you may miss the boat. Ask lots of questions as its a great way to learn.
