New Investor in Colorado

Perry Rosenbloom
  • Louisville, CO
Posted

Hi Everyone,

My name is Perry Rosenbloom. I am 28 years old and own a home in Louisville, CO.

Over the last 5 years, I've built up a number of successful website businesses that provide steady, passive income. I have $50,000 saved up and looking to invest in some real estate, but have no idea where to begin.

My goal is to add a cash generating asset to my portfolio. Start small and trade up to larger units. I don't believe in getting rich quick, but I do believe in working my *** off to get rich.

I've done some basic research, but am willing and eager to read more and devour everything I can. If there's anyone in the area willing to help me out, I'd love to buy you lunch.

I'm handy, savvy and don't mind getting my hands dirty.

Any suggestions on where to start?

Thank you,

Perry Rosenbloom
