Here's the Plan LOL (Philadelphian NEWbie)

Good Eve everyone,

I joined BP in 2008 and I'm finally pursuing my wholesaler role more seriously. I've been reading posts here every day for a little bit now and I can say that I'm learning a lot.

Today, I stepped out and went to the property assessment office for a listing on probates and absentee owners. Wrong office LOL They said that I needed to go to the Sheriff RE office. Did that. Wrong again :) The Sheriff RE office said that I needed to go to city hall, and I did that too. Guess what? Yep, not much help there. But I was told that the S. RE office has the tax delinquent and foreclosure list. So, I'm happy to now have more information under my belt concerning that.

In reading the posts, I recently decided that I'm not going to focus on biz cards or a web site, but will focus on attaining my lists and starting to market. Once that's done, and calls come in, I'll be prepared for the next step. I think that I'm going to invest in purchasing the leads from online because the 3rd office I went to, City Hall, stated that I would have to go through the city concerning the absentee owner list. But again, I can appreciate this experience on today and know that on tomorrow will be different.

Additionally, I'm in the works of having a meeting set up with a RE agent who has worked with investors, wholesalers, etc in the past. A mutual co-worker has connected us two. Very excited about that!

I'm really excited to be here. Many of you pour out so much knowledge and it's so appreciated. Thank you.
