Just wanted to introduce myself and to connect with others here on BiggerPockets. I owned rental properties before, but I still consider myself a real estate investor newbie. My goal for this year was to do at least two fix-and-flips, but the pandemic dried up the opportunities in the markets in which I was looking. Recently listened to Brandon’s 90-day challenge and that was what I needed to help sharpen my focus 😊 Looking forward to collaborating with everybody here!
