Hello everyone!! My name is Alan and I am new to the real estate investing (REI) scene. I found out about Bigger Pockets through their podcast about a month ago just as I was finishing reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and I knew it was a sign for me to really start investing. I am hungry to learn more and put that learning into action! I have read some posts on the forums and I see how incredibly supportive and helpful the BP community is so I know I am in the right place to begin my journey.
