Advice For Starting Out. Getting first deal

Zachary Lee

Posted

First off I just wanna say I’m glad to finally have found a place to help me get going in my real estate journey. I’m new to the BP scene. I’m trying to find some advice about how to get my feet wet in the game. How did you close or get your first deal? What tips can you give a novice young man on what to look for and what to not over look? Anything on the subject would be much appreciated? 🙏🏼

@Zachary Lee i buy and invest heavily in the Pittsburgh market. Funny you mention Cumberland because I am going that way this weekend to look at properties in Deep Creek Lake. I would agree with @Alan Feldman and try to stay close to home first before venturing out. If you research and like the Pittsburgh market then thats fine also but you will need to build your RE experience and build a good team here before buying away from where you live. Hope this was helpful
