@Frank Hinck yeah that’s what I’m doing essentially I started studying and decided that I really wanna do this in Late July. So I’m taking the rest of this year and most of next year to get all my ducks in a row then attack. 

@Taylor L.yeah I’ve been grabbing books like crazy. I also check out realtor almost everyday trying to gear myself for how much I may need down etc.

I am looking to start my real estate career I’m gearing for mid 2021. I wanna just gain some tips and start points for house hacking. Also any points and tips about becoming a landlord would be awesome!

What was your best deal you’ve gotten in your investing career and what we’re the numbers ?

I am in a cross road I’m looking to get my first deal. I want to go multi family and house hack while my finance wants to single family. We have three kids under 5 so I get it. She wants to create a home and I’m looking to create investments then a home. So what suggestions could you guys pass on to me Or what is a better way I could jump into RE. Then go get my multi family. 

Im trying to get my feet wet and don’t know exactly which approach would be better for me. I have a whole family that I take into account of my risk factor. I see the pros in both strategies. I also see the cons. I don’t have the craziest of capital and I’m working on my credit score. But I don’t wanna get caught up on analysis paralysis. Any advice is well appreciated.

Best ways to whole sale? What steps necessary to get and close those deals ?
