Any suggestions on reading material to get me from "interest" closer to "knowledgeable ready to take action?" Hi everyone, my name is Broderic and I am based in the Philippines. I've worked in consulting, performing arts and e-commerce. I would say I'm a very numbers type of guy but I have 0 real estate experience. I took huge interest in real estate upon discovering Brandon Turner's book, Rental Property Investing.
