New college Student in Warsaw, Indiana

Hi, my name is Ben Zelenka and I will be attending Grace college this fall. I have been research, listening to podcasts, and reading books for the last year. I'm wondering if there is anybody else in the warsaw, Indiana area that wants to connect. I'm also looking for a job in which I can begin to learn anything that has to deal with real estate. I'm 16 turning 17 in October so i'm very young but motivated.
