Cumming / Forsyth tenant demand

Sunil Deshpande
Posted

Hi BP members - I live in Pittsburgh and new to BP looking to invest in North Atlanta for buy-and-hold properties. Where would you recommend I look at SFR properties within the Cumming / Forsyth areas? Any insights to rental tenant demands especially with COVID-19 impacts?

For those active in the Atlanta area, would you recommend Cumming/Forsyth or look at other areas also? If so, what other areas would you recommend?

Thanks!

Very nice area. If you go a little higher on price you can find good school district houses for around the 300K range. I just helped a client closed a 4 bedroom houses in Suwanee in the Lambert school district. We rented the house within a month at $1950. (My client's mortgagee + interest + tax + insurance is around $1200) Tenant is relocating to the area and looking for family house in school district. For the cash flow, i do recommend to invest in this area.

We used autoshowing lock to show the house. Prepared hand sanitizer and shoe cover for people to use during COVID. @Sunil Deshpande
