Hey Everyone!

Been on the forums for awhile now, decided a few days ago it was about time to make a profile.

I've been in real estate for about 7 months now with my best friend. He wanted to get into real estate and told me I should do it with him. He knew of someone from our church that was into real estate and it's just snowballed from there. My friend and I have some ambitious goals of wanting to increase our passive income so that we can retire by the time we're 30. 

I started off wholesaling and in the past couple month or two I've been getting into flipping while wholesaling.
