Newbie from CA looking to invest and expand network in Indiana

Hi BP community!

I am a new investor living in California looking for out-of-state real estate investing. My fiancee and I (our wedding is postponed due to COVID-19) both work full-time at a university and we bought our first single family property (turnkey) in Indiana (just north-east of Indianapolis) earlier this year. We both work full-time, so don't have much time, but we think that our investments will scale better with the BRRRR method. Therefore, we are interested to do an out-of-state BRRRR in Indiana for our second (and subsequent) property.

We are very excited about expanding our portfolio starting with single family properties or small multifamily properties (duplex, triplex, or fourplex) and go from there. I am originally from Northwest Europe and my fiancee from California, so we don't know anybody in Indiana.

We were hoping to get connected to people that can help us to build a team work together on our next investment.

Please let me know if anybody can help us!

Thank you,
Martin
