Hi BPer's, I have enjoyed reading BP for several months and have learned some valuable information. My wife and I bought our first SFR property in July 2011 and close on our 7th property next week. We started with a goal of having 10 SFR homes that average $500 per month positive cash flow. So far with lots of hard work and some luck we have had good results. lol it has taken many late nights of searching for deals, painting, plumbing and tiling, but we really enjoy working together and seeing the finished product. I look forward to getting to know the BP group and growing together.
