New member, very excited!
I am a currently in my final semester at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. Graduating in May 2013 with a degree in Business Administration. I will also have my real estate license in California and will be moving to Southern California in late July 2013.
Experience
I have worked in property management the past two years and recently started working for a top 25 real estate firm in PA. Currently I am managing all of the company's online marketing and advertising and plan to gain a lot of valuable mentoring experience as well.
Real Estate Goals
I plan to start working in property management while working for a small real estate firm by fall 2013 in California. I hope to be able to help others as well as myself prosper and gain as much knowledge and experience along the way.

Jeremy, there are several threads on real estate investing books here at BP. One I like a lot is The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller of Keller Williams.
