Hello everyone.

I have been working on some new ideas for online marketing, does anyone know of a place or any ideas on how to better use social media to get better interaction with people. I am having a slow start to getting people to interact with our newly created social media pages. Thanks anyone who can offer and ideas!

Oh and also if anyone has suggestions for the social media page I made, it's "Team Ron and Dan" on Facebook. Or https://www.facebook.com/pages/Team-Ron-and-Dan/332407466869620 should be a direct link to it. I am having trouble changing the format of the page as well if any one knows to make Facebook pages better or more effective! Thanks again!

Thanks Jon I will look into finding the threads with information on books!

Hello Timmy! I will be In the Newport Beach area at first, but I am also considering San Diego depending on where I can start off in property management as well as real estate sales opportunity. Luckily I still have some time to network and look into each area, but I am positive I will find the perfect place to start myself off successfully!

Karen and Jon,

Thank you so much for the welcome! I have been reading so much information online about real estate the past month it is great to finally meet others who are interested and full of knowledge. Thank you also for the directing me to the beginners guide. I have heard great reviews about bigger pockets and I look forward to gaining as much knowledge as I can. As I have learned the past month it is very hard to find valuable information online, so to know I can learn from actual people with experience on here is a huge relief. I suppose my first real question is if anyone has any books they work recommend I read. It could be regards to real estate investment, or just motivational books. I am very interested to learn more! Thank you all again!

I am a currently in my final semester at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. Graduating in May 2013 with a degree in Business Administration. I will also have my real estate license in California and will be moving to Southern California in late July 2013.

Experience
I have worked in property management the past two years and recently started working for a top 25 real estate firm in PA. Currently I am managing all of the company's online marketing and advertising and plan to gain a lot of valuable mentoring experience as well.

Real Estate Goals
I plan to start working in property management while working for a small real estate firm by fall 2013 in California. I hope to be able to help others as well as myself prosper and gain as much knowledge and experience along the way.
