Pennsylvania RE Investors

Hello,

My wife and I are new to the area and are looking for advice from local investors. We currently reside in Central PA (Adams County), and are trying to determine what locations we should focus on. I was initially interested in STR and investing down south but that market seems too volatile right now. We still have a lot of research to do and are split between house flipping or buy and hold. I'm reaching out to see where other PA investors have had success. Specifically what cities, best ROI, or even best tenants. We'd also be looking for recommendations on real estate agents and contractors you've worked with. I appreciate all of the tips and advice!

Thank you,
