Wanting to learn the St. Louis market

Hello everyone! I am wanting to get started investing in long term buy and hold single family properties (specifically BRRRR). I currently live on the illinois side of the river, but am very interested in learning the St. Louis market as it appears to be a stronger market in general. I would love to connect with anyone who's willing to have a discussion with me on this topic.

I would also appreciate recommendations for REIA's, and other ways to network with local investors.

@Chris Irvin the best way to get insight in any market is almost always the same.  Get a local property manager or Real Estate agent that specializes in investments and they should be able to send you past deals, rental comps, and other pertinent market info.
