Give me a push! (Chicago)

Hi I need help. My analysis paralysis combined with my abundance mentality is making me drag my feet. Do I really think deals like this will last forever? I guess I need some pros here in chicago to bounce some questions off of and you guys here to keep me accountable.

I'm not an investor and not sure how far into this I want to get. I do know that I never pay full price for anything and throwing money away in rent is stupid. Definately not afraid of sweat equity and not distracted by ugly carpeting or outdated kitchens/bathrooms.

So give me a push already!

P.S. Can someone look over my profile and tell me what info I forgot to include or should be eliminated?

Thank you.

Dyna J. First, welcome to BP! This is the perfect place for you to start educating yourself on REI. Snoop around. Learn all you can about your local market. In fact, @Joshua Dorking did an E Book "The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing, downlaod it and read it!

As for giving you a push, consider this being it. However; nobody can decide for you whether or not you should invest your money into real estate, that's something you alone need to do. We don't know your circumstances, your experience, etc. Have fun!
