Newbie here is my intro

Hi Guys my name Is Tim Perez I am from West Los Angeles about 10 minutes away from the beautiful beach. I work as a manager for a restaurant, I purchased my first duplex back in 2010. My goal is to go into full time investing and to also help and share my experience with others.

I am learning as I go But BP has help me so much In these last couple of days I made my first post yesterday and got some great advice Thanks guys.I am looking to learn more about flipping house. I would also like to find a real estate club in Los Angeles,maybe even a mentor.
