Tips for a New and young Sales Agent

Hello everyone! My name is Anthony Banegas. Some background information about me: I just ended my 3rd year as a college student and am entering my fourth and final year in the Fall, I am 20 years old, I also recently passed my California Real Estate Sales Person exam in March. I am reaching out to anyone who can help give me any tips for a newbie to the industry and any advice you wish someone would have told you when you first began. I am open to all fields of expertise and I wound like to grow in as many areas as I can, so all input is welcome! I am in dire need of advice as our current economy in May of 2020 is experiencing major declines, and I am unsure of where the industry, let alone the country, will be in the next 6 months to a few years. Thank you in advance for your time!
