General contractors & handymen/women in St. Louis
Hello BP folks,
I am closing shortly on my 3rd rental property. I used a very small GC for my last property, and they did a good job, but I'd like to have a couple others in my back pocket. I am targeting 2 bedroom SFH's, generally in the 800-1200 sq foot range. I am not doing gut remodels, usually $10k-$30k upgrades. Does anyone know of some small GC's that are good to work with, reasonably priced and this fits the type of work they do? I also am going to property manage these myself. I do have some good contacts with specialty folks (HVAC, plumbing, etc) but don't have a general handyman. If you know anyone that would be interested in a little extra work as a handyman let me know please!
Thanks, happy investing and be healthy!
