Hello Bigger Pockets Family! My name is Joe Straws, I currently reside in the Kansas City Metro area. I'm a full time student who is looking to purchase my first home with my wife-to-be very soon. I'm interested in purchasing a duplex to complete a house hack. But I could use your help. I'm looking for real estate agents and lenders to start getting my feet wet. If there are any suggestions or referrals, I am all ears. I know this is a challenging time, but I am optimistic there are ways to work around that and to prepare when things start to level out again.

I appreciate any help in advance. Look forward to being active in the community.
