Hello everyone, my name is Clark and I am from Vancouver Washington. I found this wonderful site while researching Probate leads. I am a rehabber, being doing it since 1997. I started in 97 door knocking pre-foreclosures and taking them Subject To. I have to admit, I've gotten a little lazy over the past few years with a strong invertory of fixers on the MLS, but that pipeline is broke for me and is what lead me here probate leads. Again, great website...
