Thanks Brian, spent yesterday and part of today at the county clerks office researching Probate. Put together a good list that dates back to September and now just have to start mailing.

Brandon, well the market is tough down here for rehabbers like myself, very low inventory on the MLS. Selling the houses is the easy part, it's getting workable deals. I kinda got spoiled with the inventory over the past few years, but since November it's been tough. I have one that will close this Friday and another one they tell me middle of next month.

So that's what brought me to this website, a lot of late night reading looking for Leads. I never used the MLS oRealtorsrs before 2010, but the REO inventory sucked me in and now I'm going to start door knocking again...

Hello everyone, my name is Clark and I am from Vancouver Washington. I found this wonderful site while researching Probate leads. I am a rehabber, being doing it since 1997. I started in 97 door knocking pre-foreclosures and taking them Subject To. I have to admit, I've gotten a little lazy over the past few years with a strong invertory of fixers on the MLS, but that pipeline is broke for me and is what lead me here probate leads. Again, great website...
