How is everyone doing? My name is Jeff and I have been lurking this site for a few weeks now, reading countless threads, and I have learned a lot from you guys. Thanks!

Here is a little about me.....
I am 28 years old and have lived in Nashville, TN all my life. I bought my first house in 2008 which I still own. I have been reading a lot about flipping houses, wholesaling, and investing in rental property and have decided that my goal is to get enough rental property to quit my full time job which is electrical work. I know it will take time to get there, but I am ready to slowly begin reaching my goals, I am done talking about it, I am ready to take action!

Searching this forum, I haven't seen too many people from Tennessee, much less Nashville. I am looking for someone locally to "show me the ropes", and I think I could mutually help them out with my electrical/construction background.

Thanks again to BP and its members for providing a great place to interact and learn so much about real estate, especially a newbie like myself.

I look forward to networking with you guys!

Thanks,
Jeff
