Hello all. My name is Shaine Cobb and I am very pleased to be here. I have been reading and learning from you all for some time now. I have not begun to invest in real estate yet, but have been learning how to analyze some of the deals that I am constantly searching for. I have no real estate experience per se, but I am a SC Licensed Residential Builder (not how I make a living right now). I hope to invest in rehabs/remodels, flips, and some long term rentals.

Welcome Shaine,

You might look up Jason Scott, Marty Boardman, James Vermillion, Will Bernard and some others on here who focus on rehabbing the houses.

Some investors like that and others invest in other ways that they prefer over rehabs.
