Newbie from Boston/Mansfield, MA!

Hi Everyone! My name is Courtney. I am just getting started in my research for real estate investing, but I want to build my real estate portfolio and live untethered to a 9-5 working for someone else. 

I've previously had my real estate license, and I am looking to renew it in the coming months. I am very new to investing in real estate and am looking for all the guidance I can get. I've ordered the BP books and have been listening to the podcast, and hope to get started in the next year. I currently have some debt that is holding me back from saving to invest, so finding ways to break into the market with lower cash down/OPM is my current goal in finding my first property.
