Newbie investor - Looking in Arkansas, DFW, & PHX areas

Hello all -

I am a newbie investor and looking to pull the trigger very soon (within 90 days) on a multi-family property in AR, DFW and PHX area's respectively.  I am looking to connect with other local investors and chat.  I am a long distance investor (live in CA) and would love to chat with others in the area or investors who are investing in the area, pick their brains, share leads / ideas / thoughts on the markets in those areas (I am building teams in each market currently).  So happy and proud to be a part of this community and look forward to chatting with you all.  Thank you for your time and response!  Hope everyone is safe and healthy out there.
