Hey there BP Fam - 

We unfortunately had a death in the family and it was in a condo in Lawrenceville in Gwinnett County.  My uncle was a Hoarder and had animals.  We need to get the places cleaned out and are looking at just selling it (ideally as is to an investor as time is of the essence).  I could hold it myself (assume the loan and turn it into a rental but I think the family wants to dissolve the asset and move on.  

So in short we need some help.  My only boots on the ground are my Sister and 4 relatives in their 70's so not a lot of help.  We need guidance on who we could leverage to cleanup (it is NOT pretty).  As well as a lead on someone I should engage on buying the place or heck if the situation is right I would be down to pull in a team a and get it read to rent if that was truly doable......

Thoughts?

and thank you, I welcome any advice you all have - it is just a little overwhelming.

@David Brent - Thank you for the advice.  I am checking into that and while I have called 4 attorneys I have yet to get a call back.  I hate it when people don't run their business like a business..... Fingers crossed tomorrow goes better.

@Trish Mccoy - I am in San Mateo County.  I have reached out to them and been back and fourth with the county appraiser to no avail.  My next step is the appeal and the doc is on-line. Thank you though for the help!!!!
