Hello. I've stumbled over this website during my search for info on real estate investing. I've been interested in investing for sometime now. I've started researching finance options in the last couple of months. For about the last two years, I've been following some of the homes in my neighborhood be sold for cheap, get updated, and sold for double the intial cost. From what I've gathered its probably best for me to start out wholesaling and go from there. I figured if I wholesale for sometime that will help me to 1) get actual experience and 2) have the funds to flip sometime in the future.
This site has been wonderful and I look forward to learning from everyone elses experience.
