Looking for networking groups!
Hi everyone,
My husband and I are just getting our feet wet! We are living in our first purchase and doing the renovations on our own with plans to either sell or rent in the next couple of years. We would like to purchase our first rental in the next few months and I am eager to learn a bit more about wholesaling. I'm interested if anyone in this forum lives in the King of Prussia, PA area and knows of some networking groups? We're eager to get out there and start networking and connecting with other people in the area.

Welcome to BP. It is very nice to meet you. I wish you the most success in 2020! Check out the podcast. They had a really good one recently from someone who does wholesaling. Very good one to listen too. Congrats on your new home and renovations.
